I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Once order is placed, please allow 7 business days for items to be shipped out. Orders will arrive within 15-30 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your package.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Here at KO-Blade-Beauty due sanitary purposes and personal use of products we do NOT accept returns on used items. To qualify for a return or exchange due to incorrect sizing, all items must be in its original state, all items must be in original packing, unworn and unused.
To return an item please send an email to info@kobladenbeauty.com. If return/exchange is accepted an email with additional instructions will be sent with a return label.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order before it ships. If it has been shipped out already, please email
info@kobladenbeauty.com for additional instructions.
Damaged Items
Please assess all items once you receive it. If items are damaged or defective please send an email to info@kobladenbeauty.com and we will gladly replace your items.
Refund
We will notify you once a decision has been made with your return. Once return is accepted please allow the refund to be processed by original method of payment. Please contact your financial institution should you have additional concerns.
